Terms of Service for 6 Plus

Welcome to 6 Plus, a dating application owned and operated by Lune Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the 6 Plus app (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read this agreement carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you affirm you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to accept these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
2. Eligibility and User Obligations
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use dating services in their jurisdiction.
Users must not be on any sex offender registry or legally barred from using such services.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update their profile as needed.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Immediately notify us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
4. User Content and License
You retain ownership of photos, text, and information you submit (“User Content”).
By posting User Content, you grant Lune Digital LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, adapt, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to all content you upload.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate others.
Post or share explicit, obscene, defamatory, or offensive material.
Solicit money from other users or engage in fraudulent activity.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Height Verification
As part of our Service, we may require users to verify their height for authenticity and quality control.
Misrepresentation during verification may result in restriction or removal of your account.

Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
Lune Digital LLC disclaims liability for any user interactions both online and offline.
To the full extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lune Digital LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
